Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed, designed and dispatched 2 - 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email, subject to how early we receive your artwork approval where applicable. To ensure quality control and minimize delivery timeframes, we limit shipping to only countries where we have local production partners — this includes the USA, Canada, UK and Australia.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5 - 15 business days (within the above network of countries).

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Shipping Rates

Please note that we do not accept orders to countries outside our network at this time, and will include more countries as we expand our production network.

Checking Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with your unique tracking code. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to become available. If you did not receive a tracking code, get in touch with us by writing to hello@soulcarbon.com and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to countries where we don't have a local production partner. This is a decision we have consciously taken in order to ensure the highest level of quality control, while minimising delivery timeframes for our customers.

Returns and Refunds

All our items are made-to-order and usually enter production within 24-72 hours of the order being placed; as a result we are unable to offer refunds once production has started. If you have made a mistake while placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We are unable to accept returns on delivered artwork products since every artwork is designed-to-order.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us here or by writing to hello@soulcarbon.com along with photos of the item and we will arrange to send you a replacement as soon as possible. All claims must be submitted to us no later than 48 hours following delivery of the item. 

Lost and Stolen Items

If your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly. Please note that we are unable to resolve lost/stolen claims submitted directly to us.

Auto-approved Orders

To ensure minimal delays on both sides, we will auto-approve your artwork if we do not hear back from you three days (72 hours) after we submit the artwork for your approval. We will not be able to issue refunds due to creative differences in auto-approved artworks. Please note that our team will make several attempts to get your feedback before the auto-approval deadline, and only print-ready, final designs are submitted for approval.
